Many bans on Minichat are temporary, often lasting around (roughly one month). If your ban screen shows a countdown, your account should be automatically reinstated once the time expires.

If the app is reading your hardware ID (UDID) or Keychain data, the only way to fully clear it is to set the phone up as a "New Device."
If you were banned for being underage, do not appeal. You are gone forever. If you were banned for spam, they often lift it after 72 hours if you ask nicely.
