Pro Tip: If you install the PKG and the screen remains black, hold the PS button and go to "Game Settings." Increase the "PS2 Upscaler" to "Full Screen" and turn "Smoothing" ON.

This is the version originally sold on the PlayStation Store. It uses Sony's internal software emulator to run the original PS2 code on any PS3 model, including Slim and Super Slim.
