The film begins with the introduction of a new character, Avinash (played by Arshad Warsi), who shifts into a haunted bungalow. His friends, Happy (Ajay Devgn), Mendonca (Tusshar Kapoor), and Cheeta (Shreyas Talpade), join him, and they soon discover that the bungalow is inhabited by a ghost. As they try to unravel the mystery behind the ghost's presence, they get entangled in a web of chaos, involving a series of comedic events and action-packed sequences.
