As of March 27, 2023, the Nintendo 3DS eShop has been shut down permanently. You cannot download update v1.5 officially anymore. The only way to get the latest patch is through a dumped CIA file shared by the community.

Place the .cia file in the /cia folder on your SD card and use the FBI homebrew app to install it.
