The story picks up where the first film left off, with our protagonist, Raja (played by Kartik Aaryan), and his love interest, Shubhadra (played by Shraddha Kapoor), trying to move on from the events of the first film. However, a new mystery unfolds in the small town of Chandni, where a series of bizarre occurrences and murders take place. As Raja and Shubhadra try to uncover the truth behind these events, they are joined by familiar faces from the first film, including Bela Shuru (played by Aparshakti Khurana) and Phoolan (played by Manjul Hathi).
Jana, now working in the city, returns haunted by visions. The group discovers that Sarkata represents the ultimate patriarchy—a spirit that cannot stand to see women empowered. Realizing they are outmatched, Vicky reunites with the Nameless Woman (Shraddha). She reveals that she is actually the daughter of Stree and needs the town's help to stop Sarkata once and for all.
