Inside the Exclusive package, there is a file called EXCLUSIVE_UNLOCK.cpk . Copy this to the download folder. Then, open PTE_Selector.exe (the patch's launcher). Go to "Advanced" > "Load CPK Order" and move EXCLUSIVE_UNLOCK.cpk to the top of the list. pte patch 2017 10 for pes 2017 exclusive
