CapCut cannot do advanced motion tracking or 3D animation (yet). However, you can export an XML file (File > Export XML) to bring your rough cut into Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Conversely, export a clip from After Effects as ProRes or DNxHR (avoid H.264 for re-editing) and drag it back into CapCut.
