Copy the update file (usually ending in .bin or .img) directly to the root directory of the USB drive (do not put it in a folder). Step 4: Install the Update Turn off the TV and unplug it from the wall. Insert the USB drive into the TV's Service or USB port. Plug the TV back in and turn it on.
